    Draft 6-8 social posts including images/videos/reels

    Provide social media marketing calendar

    Curate 60-minute non-commercial use playlist if needed

    Create event registration page

    Offer light branding/design input on registration page

    Brand exposure (cross-promotion on Enlightened Experiences channels)

    Draft event 3 event communications: Registration confirmation email, 1 week out reminder email, Day-of reminder email, and Post-Event email with feedback survey

    List event on 1-3 local event promotion websites

    Optional review of final registration list 24–48 hours prior to event

  • Includes all Virtual Hand-Off event resources, plus the following:

    Provide virtual zoom link (up to 100 Participants per meeting)

    Provide 1-30 minute virtual walk-through within 2 weeks of event

    Event "run-of-show" emailed to client and co-hosts

    Real-time tech troubleshooting and participant support

    Manage Zoom event controls (display presentation, music, monitor participants, field questions, serve as virtual host if needed)

    Post-event analytics summary (Zoom registrants, attendance rate, etc.)

    Provide copy of event agenda/timeline, registrant list, flow/script for Client to print

  • Includes all In Person Hand-Off event resources, plus the following:

    Provide 1-30 minute virtual walk-through within 2 weeks of event

    Serve as on-site venue/location point person

    Will walk-through and open/close on-site venue/location for event

    Will set up event decor (mats, rugs, candles, flowers, etc.)

    On-site attendee check-in support

    Will provide on-site A/V support if needed (microphone, speaker, music)

    Will have any signage printed and displayed

    Serve as event emergency contact/ provide contingency plan on hand (weather, illness, etc.)

    Optional post-event debrief session (30-minute virtual call to review success/lessons)
